Tran Ngoc Bao, a 16-year-old student at Nguyen Sieu Secondary and High School in Hanoi, has made history by earning a perfect score of 150/150 in the Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language (ESL) exam, securing the title of "Top in the World." This outstanding achievement places Bao among the highest-scoring students globally. Bao also achieved A* grades in multiple subjects, including Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, underscoring his academic excellence.
