Ho Chi Minh City Boosts Tourism with 10-60% Discounts: Over $2M in Savings at 100+ Businesses

The HCM City Department of Tourism has launched a stimulus program called "2024" offering discounts of up to 60% on various tourism products and services in Ho Chi Minh City.
Over 100 travel agents, accommodation and dining facilities, shopping venues, and entertainment centers have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to participate.

The program will be introduced at the HCM City Tourism Festival from April 4-7, and includes urban tours in the city and tours connecting it with neighboring areas.

Discounts range from 10-60%.

The municipal Departments of Tourism and Industry and Trade have collaborated to provide a network of dining, shopping, healthcare, entertainment, and leisure establishments with US$2 million worth of discount vouchers.

This is part of a joint plan for tourism demand stimulation from 2024 to 2030.

The Department of Tourism has been working with major industry players since late 2023 to create affordable tours and promote exploration of HCM City and other destinations in Vietnam.
