KCN Vietnam Group has started a LEED-certified warehouse project in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. KCN Vietnam Group has commenced the first phase of its state-of-the-art warehouse development in Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.
Spanning a total area of fourteen and a half hectares, the project offers over ninety-seven thousand square meters of leasable space.
The first phase will provide more than forty-four thousand square meters and is slated for completion by the second quarter of two thousand twenty-five.
Designed to meet LEED Gold certification, this project addresses growing global demand for sustainable buildings, enhancing Dong Nai's appeal as a logistics hub and foreign direct investment destination.
The location strategically connects to major transportation routes, including Long Thanh International Airport and international seaports.
