L'économie du Vietnam devrait croître de 6% en 2024

La Banque asiatique de développement confirme sa projection positive malgré les incertitudes mondiales
Malgré les incertitudes mondiales, la Banque asiatique de développement (BAD) a réaffirmé sa projection de croissance pour l'économie du Vietnam. Le Vietnam prévoit des taux de croissance de 6,0% en 2024 et de 6,2% en 2025, et est prêt à connaître une expansion régulière. L'économiste en chef de la BAD au Vietnam, Nguyen Ba Hung, a souligné l'impact des facteurs mondiaux sur la croissance du Vietnam en 2023, mais a noté que les politiques monétaires proactives du pays et les investissements publics étaient les principaux moteurs de la reprise. La reprise du Vietnam reste dynamique, avec une industrie manufacturière forte axée sur les exportations, des performances stables dans l'agriculture et des flux positifs d'investissements et de transferts de fonds étrangers. Le directeur de la BAD pour le Vietnam, Shantanu Chakraborty, a souligné la nécessité d'une approche équilibrée des mesures politiques, combinant le soutien à la croissance à court terme avec des réformes structurelles à long terme. Alors que la demande mondiale diminue et que les tensions géopolitiques persistent, la croissance du Vietnam, axée sur les exportations, pourrait être confrontée à des défis. Pour remédier aux fragilités structurelles et accélérer la croissance, des mesures globales sont nécessaires, axées sur la diversification de l'économie, le renforcement de la demande intérieure et l'amélioration des cadres réglementaires pour les entreprises. Malgré ces défis, la trajectoire de croissance solide du Vietnam repose sur des investissements publics efficaces et des réformes politiques en cours. Grâce à des efforts concertés pour résoudre les problèmes structurels, le Vietnam est bien placé pour assurer une croissance durable dans les années à venir.
