Les ambitions de l'IA au Vietnam: une stratégie nationale pour l'innovation

Le ministère de la Science et de la Technologie propose un plan audacieux pour propulser le Vietnam à l'avant-garde du développement de l'IA
Le ministère de la Science et de la Technologie (MoST) fait pression pour l'approbation d'une stratégie nationale sur la recherche, le développement et l'application de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) d'ici à 2030. Cette initiative vise à positionner le Vietnam comme un leader dans l'industrie de l'IA, en s'alignant sur les tendances mondiales en matière de développement socio-économique. Le chef adjoint du département de haute technologie du ministère de la Technologie et de l'Éducation, Tran Anh Tu, a souligné l'importance pour le Vietnam d'adopter les technologies de l'IA. Le ministère s'attaque activement aux problèmes liés aux données et tire parti de la stratégie nationale des données récemment approuvée pour soutenir la croissance de l'industrie de l'IA. Le vice-ministre Nguyen Hoang Giang a souligné la nécessité d'établir un cadre juridique ouvert et de tirer des enseignements de l'expérience des pays développés. Il a souligné l'importance des considérations éthiques parallèlement aux progrès de la technologie numérique. Dans le même temps, l'Agence d'État pour l'innovation technologique du ministère de la Technologie et de la Technologie accorde la priorité au perfectionnement des mécanismes et des politiques et à l'expansion de la coopération internationale dans les domaines de la science, de la technologie et de l'innovation. L'approche proactive du Vietnam en matière de développement de l'IA souligne son engagement à tirer parti de la technologie pour le progrès socio-économique tout en garantissant une mise en œuvre éthique et responsable.
