Les exportations de riz du Vietnam augmentent

Le premier trimestre 2024 connaît une croissance impressionnante, atteignant 2,1 millions de tonnes et 1,4 milliard de dollars de revenus
Le Vietnam a enregistré une augmentation significative des exportations de riz, qui ont totalisé 2,1 millions de tonnes au premier trimestre de cette année, soit une augmentation remarquable de 42% par rapport à la même période de l'année dernière. Le ministère de l'Agriculture et du Développement rural attribue cette augmentation à la demande accrue des principaux importateurs de riz tels que les Philippines, l'Indonésie, la Chine, le Ghana, la Malaisie et Singapour. Ces pays cherchent à diversifier leurs sources de riz, incitant le Vietnam à capitaliser sur les nouvelles opportunités de marché et à améliorer la qualité de son riz pour améliorer sa compétitivité. Malgré une baisse de 12% du prix du riz fractionné 5% du Vietnam, maintenant à 576 dollars US la tonne, depuis le début de l'année, le pays reste optimiste quant à la réalisation de son objectif d'atteindre 5 milliards de dollars de revenus provenant des exportations de riz en 2024.
