Tran Phuoc Son Recognized for Strengthening Da Nang-Sekong Ties
Standing Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Council, Tran Phuoc Son, was awarded the third-class Issara (Freedom) Order of Laos on June 11 for his significant contributions to cooperation between Da Nang and Laos' Sekong province from 2017 to 2022.
