Police in Nghe An Province are investigating an incident where a naked woman fell out of a moving car in Vinh City on January 29, the first day of the Lunar New Year. Dashcam footage shows the car door swinging open, followed by a pair of pants dropping onto the road before the woman tumbled out wearing only boots.

The vehicle briefly stopped as someone inside pulled her back in before driving into an apartment complex. Officials confirmed that two or three people were inside at the time. The woman later stated she was intoxicated and had removed her clothes.

A legal expert noted that the driver may face penalties for traffic violations, while the woman’s behavior, if influenced by alcohol or stimulants, could be considered a public order offense. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
