Aon Plc, the South Korean reinsurance company and owner of Landmark 72—the tallest building in Hanoi and the second-tallest in Vietnam—has announced plans to sell its shares in the property for over 1 trillion South Korean won (approximately $753 million).

The company is reportedly in discussions with potential buyers, including prominent real estate and infrastructure fund managers, according to sources from *The Korea Economic Daily*. Aon acquired Landmark 72 in 2015 for 454 billion won ($341.7 million), outbidding several multinational funds.

With its prime location and a 98 percent occupancy rate, Landmark 72 remains a highly desirable property in Hanoi. The 72-story tower offers 608,900 square meters of floor space, with office rental rates reaching $36 per square meter, making it a valuable asset in Vietnam’s commercial real estate market.
