Three men have been detained following a grenade attack and gunfire at the "Diamond Rock" casino in Cambodia’s Kandal province. The violent incident, which occurred in the early hours of Thursday, reportedly stems from a business dispute between the suspects and the casino’s Vietnamese owner. A Cambodian security guard was seriously injured in the attack and rushed to the hospital.

The three detained suspects include a 52-year-old Cambodian businessman from Prey Veng province and two Vietnamese nationals, aged 44 and 38. Authorities believe that three other Vietnamese nationals, still on the run, were also involved in the attack, during which shots were fired, and a grenade was thrown.

The trio has been charged with attempted murder and illegal weapon possession. If convicted, they face prison terms of up to 10 years. The police are continuing their search for the other suspects involved in the attack.
