L'emploi au Vietnam est en plein essor

Malgré la baisse des chiffres, le Vietnam continue d'étendre sa présence sur le marché mondial du travail
Au premier trimestre de 2024, le Vietnam a poursuivi sa tendance à exporter des travailleurs qualifiés, avec plus de 35 900 travailleurs dépêchés dans le cadre de contrats, selon le Département du travail à l'étranger. Bien que ce chiffre montre une légère diminution par rapport à l'année dernière, le Vietnam reste un acteur clé sur le marché mondial du travail. Le Japon et Taïwan (Chine) ont conservé leur position de destinations principales pour les travailleurs vietnamiens, avec d'autres marchés importants, notamment la République de Corée (RDC), la Chine et Singapour. L'année dernière, plus de 159.000 travailleurs ont été envoyés à l'étranger, un chiffre qui a dépassé les attentes, ce qui constitue le plus grand nombre enregistré depuis dix ans. Le ministère du Travail, des Invalides et des Affaires sociales (MoLISA) s'emploie activement à élargir les opportunités pour les travailleurs vietnamiens, dans le but d'envoyer 125 000 travailleurs à l'étranger en 2024. Les principaux centres d'intérêt sont les marchés traditionnels tels que le Japon, Taïwan (Chine) et la République de Corée. En outre, des efforts sont en cours pour renforcer le soutien aux travailleurs par le biais de programmes à but non lucratif et d'initiatives de négociation avec des pays partenaires tels que la République de Corée, l'Allemagne et l'Australie. Les directives gouvernementales récentes soulignent l'importance du leadership dans la surveillance de l'emploi à l'étranger, en décrivant des stratégies pour assurer le respect de la législation et des mécanismes de coordination efficaces. Avec environ 120 000 à 143 000 travailleurs qui devraient être employés à l'étranger chaque année, le Vietnam prévoit des envois de fonds totalisant environ 3,5 à 4 milliards de dollars américains, soulignant les contributions importantes de la main-d'œuvre étrangère à l'économie du pays et au développement de la main-d'œuvre.
