Police in Hòa Bình Province have uncovered an infant trafficking ring, arresting four women from Ho Chi Minh City, Gia Lai, and Hà Giang provinces. The suspects, aged 29 to 33, operated from rented rooms at the Bình An 2 Hotel in Hòa Bình City. They allegedly visited the maternity ward of Hòa Bình Provincial General Hospital to negotiate the purchase of a newborn boy from a 35-year-old mother from Lạc Sơn District.
