Leading experts from around the world will provide insights into AI, creativity, and growth strategies at one of Vietnam's largest HR and business events
The Makeover 2024, hosted by Talentnet, will take place on October 15-16 at White Palace Pham Van Dong in Ho Chi Minh City, gathering over 20 experts from 10 countries to discuss green innovation and sustainable development in business strategies. Under the theme "Foster Green Dynamics," the event will explore how AI and innovation can drive sustainable transformation in businesses. Key speakers include Roy Chua from Singapore Management University, who will speak on "Unlocking Asian Creativity," and Mitchell Pham, an advisor to APEC governments, who will discuss "Powering Your Organization with AI." The event will also feature Talentnet’s latest salary survey, focusing on "Pay Agility" and its impact on modern compensation trends.

In addition to discussions on creativity, technology, and sustainable growth, the conference will offer a panel featuring leaders from LinkedIn, Masan, and Talentnet, focusing on strategies to attract international talent. Talentnet CEO Tieu Yen Trinh emphasized the importance of balancing rapid transformation with long-term sustainable growth, noting that businesses must explore green growth strategies to thrive in the current market environment. The event will serve as a platform for companies to exchange ideas on management trends and workforce needs, helping them craft sustainable organizational strategies for the future.
